Fall Lift Dinner, Nov 10th







The Fall Lift Dinner and Awards will once again be at the Winnipeg Winter Club on November 10th Starting at 6:00pm. Tickets can be purchased online using paypal.

Menu is once again being prepared by Chef Craig of Urban Prairie Cuisine Catering.

Menu for the evening as follows:

6 pm Chef’s selection of Passed Hor D oeuvres’:

Dinner buffet: Carved Top sirloin of Beef served w/ wild mushroom Sauce
Dinner rolls and Butter

Maple BBQ salmon Potions with Dill chardonnay Sauce
Manitoba Baby Boiled Potatoes with Herbs & Butter
Orange ginger root veggies

Assorted Bothwell Cheese and Berry Platter with Crackers
Mediterranean Grilled veggie platter with feta cheese and truffle oil

Hand picked Organic greens with Strawberry roasted almonds, mandarin oranges with Raspberry dressing
Classic Caesar salad with Home made Croutons

Dessert Buffet: Dainties and Squares
Seasonal Sliced fruit with Berry’s
Coffee and tea served at table
